  I would give this place zero stars if possible. I traveled here from.oit of town to work on the Clock tower pub. I was here for a week and chose to stay one night at this hotel because it was cheaper. The next day I was exactly a few minutes late checking out. I went to the office and nobody was there. I wanted to apologize and let them know I needed to check out. I went to my room and the manager and her husband, I'm assuming the owners, we're blazing down the hall yelling and screaming and making fools out of themselves in front of other guests. I apologized repeatedly and they continued to get louder and demanded I pay for another nights stay. I am disgusted that these fools treat customers this way. I would have had no problem paying for any inconveniences but to be spoken to like that is absolutely uncalled for. I will not be returning to this hotel booking matter how long I stay in the Dalles in the future. I was in my company rig so I rolled up the windows and drive away with the owner still screaming a cussing me out until I left the parking lot.
  
  Also I do want to add that the hotel itself isn't bad folks. The room was very clean and the bed was not bad actually. So please don't take this review as complaining about the building. Just the way those people acted was dumb.
